Positive: Everything. This hotel is beautiful. From the architecture, to the design, to the food in the restaurant. The service is excellent too. I also got a massage at the spa, which was very good. The massage therapist just needs to add some skills in how to maintain the mood, and be sensitive to the nervous system state being maintained. Not turning on the big light just as we're done for example.

Negative: Perhaps some variation for the breakfast buffet would be nice. The beach is wonderful but keep in mind you may need sea shoes to avoid the coral parts. Also the water is very shallow, which seems to be the norm for the Marsa Alam beach coast.

Positive: The room is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The food is amazing, so much variety. Staff are friendly and make sure nothing is needed. The hotel aesthetic is very simple yet beautiful

Negative: The sea is quite shallow, which is normal for the Red Sea. Underwater shoes may be needed as there are some rocks and corals that need to be navigated.

Positive: Amazing resort with all the needed facilities. Beach is exceptional. Pool is great. Good gym. Overall the stay was a 10/10. Friendly staff. Special thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping for keeping our room clean and making us a very nice towel flower :D. Would re-book.

Negative: Food and snacks can have better variety.

Positive: The property itself is stunning—the architecture is beautifully done, and it’s genuinely a pleasure to stroll around and take it all in. There’s a relaxing charm to just walking the grounds, especially in the evening. The restaurants also look great and create a really calming, pleasant atmosphere at night, even if the food and service had their limitations. The beach is another highlight: the color of the water is absolutely mind-blowing—crystal clear and incredibly inviting. It’s hard not to relax when you’re lying by that water.

Negative: We were disappointed with our experience due to how rigid and inflexible the rules were. Even small, reasonable requests—like bottled water or the ability to enjoy a cocktail in certain restaurants at night —were denied without any willingness to accommodate. It often felt like the staff had no room to exercise judgment or empathy, and unfortunately, that sometimes came across in their attitude. A few interactions were surprisingly unfriendly, and in some cases, even bordered on rude. There seems to be a deeper issue rooted in the way the place is managed—almost a fear-based culture where staff seem afraid to bend any rule, no matter how minor, which ends up creating a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere for guests. It’s a shame, because the potential is there, but the overall experience left us feeling more restricted than relaxed.

Positive: Very nice resort about 1hr south of Marsa Alam airport. Buffet restaurant was pretty solid, there were a couple nights where I was tired of the food, but overall, it was good. Two separate large pools, one more lively with kids, the other relaxed and adults only. Rooms super spacious and comfortable. The lagoon out front is gorgeous and ideal for snorkeling and kitesurfing (when there is wind). There is a good kite club and dive shop at the resort next door where you can coordinate everything.

Negative: Very rocky along the shore to the lagoon so need to take care when entering/exiting. There are on-site themed restaurants that you pay for, but it feels like it's just the same food from the buffet presented in a different way. Volleyball court needs more sand, you can feel the concrete and rocks below which isn't great for playing.
